DENVER, Colo. – An aging shopping center in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood is about to get a $10 million facelift that developers hope will turn the center in a neighborhood destination.
With a new courtyard, new tenants and a multimillion-dollar facelift, a pair of developers hope to turn a 1950s retail strip in Park Hill into a shopping destination to rival Old South Pearl and Old South Gaylord.
Oneida Park, a neighborhood retail center spanning both sides of the pedestrian-friendly Oneida Street between 22nd & 23rd Ave. in historic Park Hill, today announced a $10M redevelopment plan to transform the sleepy retail center into a vibrant neighborhood gathering place.
