Also operating out of RiNo’s Central market, The Local Butcher is a full service butcher shop providing USDA choice prime beef, pork, lamb and poultry as well as a plethora of homemade sausages. With the larger space at Oneida Park, The Local Butcher will also be serving a variety of cheeses, hard to find game meats and an expanded daily sandwich menu. Local Butcher is also an authorized retailer of Traeger wood pellet grills and supplies.
